Meet Dr. Nancy Pachuca | Primary Care Physician in Pflugerville, TX
Dr. Nancy Pachuca sees patients at our Pflugerville clinic, bringing more than a decade of internal medicine experience and a comprehensive approach to adult primary care.
A lifelong Texas native, Dr. Pachuca earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Pachuca is known for her thorough approach to patient care, managing both common and complex conditions across various adult age groups. Her experience in internal medicine allows her to support adults with a wide range of health needs, with attention to each patient’s overall health.
Dr. Pachuca joined Thrive Medical Clinic in June 2025 and serves as the main physician at our Pflugerville location. She is pleased to bring her experience and commitment to comprehensive care to the Pflugerville community.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Pachuca enjoys painting, traveling, watching college sports, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
