Dr. Brad Venghaus
Dr. Venghaus is a practicing, board-certified Internal Medicine physician who serves the Austin, TX area. He knew there was a better way to practice medicine and thought there was an opening for a different experience in Primary Care. Thrive Medical was founded by Dr. Venghaus in 2018. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to grow and offer a better experience for our patients. He approaches everything with just a little bit of humor and thinks that is part of our success. You need a little happiness to be healthy and that's our motto for all things at Thrive, health and happiness.

Dr. Gail Crear
Dr. Crear is a caring and dedicated Primary Care Physician who has been practicing Internal Medicine in Texas since 2013. She reunited with her old friend Dr. Venghaus and joined him in 2019 to help grow Thrive Medical. She knew Thrive could be the answer to a question seldom asked, is there a better way for primary care? She wanted to create a practice that was supportive of both patients and staff. Thrive Medical is that practice and she strives to make it a place where everyone enjoys coming to see their provider. She believes there is no better place for that than Thrive Medical. You need a little happiness to be healthy and that's our motto for all things at Thrive, health and happiness.
