Shahab Hyder MD

Dr. Hyder is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a comprehensive background in internal medicine. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and went on to Meharry Medical College, where he earned his medical degree in 2007. His commitment to patient care was further solidified during his internal medicine residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he honed his clinical skills in a fast-paced urban hospital environment.

With a decade of experience as a practicing hospitalist, he developed a profound understanding of complex medical cases and became adept at coordinating multidisciplinary care. This background prepared him for his transition to outpatient work, where he specialized in managing geriatric patients and those with neurodegenerative disorders. His approach to medicine emphasizes a patient-centered philosophy, incorporating the latest advancements in nutrition and lifestyle medicine to enhance the well-being of those he serves.

Beyond his professional endeavors, he is married and a devoted parent to three children. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys taking long walks with his dog, Tux, as well as mountain biking, camping and hiking.
