Nancy Pachuca M.D.

Dr. Nancy Pachuca is a life long Texas native with over a decade of experience in Internal Medicine.

After receiving her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

She is known for her comprehensive approach to patient care, managing both common and complex conditions across various adult age groups. Outside of medicine, Dr. Pachuca enjoys painting, traveling, watching college sports and spending time with her husband and dogs.

We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Pachuca joined Thrive Medical Clinic in June 2025. She is the main physician at our Pflugerville location.
